Topstrong Expands From Hardware Into Commercial Aerospace

Shenzhen-listed Topstrong (SZSE: 300749) — the home-furnishing and precision-hardware group in which Stonegate holds an interest through its Australian arm — has, over roughly fifteen months from January 2025 to March 2026, built a three-part position across China's emerging commercial-aerospace sector, spanning materials, communications and energy.

On the materials side, the company took a stake in Hangju Technology, a developer of reusable thermal-protection materials whose flexible heat-shield has been applied on LandSpace's Zhuque-3 rocket. It also acquired Xi'an Sidand, which works in precision guidance and integrated space-ground communications, and made an exclusive strategic investment in Beijing Xingtu Helium Energy, a venture targeting the future commercial extraction of lunar Helium-3.

Note: Chinese media have described Topstrong as "the A-share market's first lunar stock," but this is a market and media label rather than an official designation. The group's aerospace activities remain early-stage strategic investments, not a mature revenue stream — its core business continues to be custom home furnishings and hardware.

SIDG's River Terrace: Twin Twisting Towers for the Gold Coast

At the heart of Surfers Paradise, Stonegate's strategic partner Sunnyland Investment Development Group (SIDG) is behind River Terrace — a landmark development at 2–20 River Terrace & 42–46 Enderley Avenue, designed by Plus Architecture.

The scheme pairs a 280-key five-star hotel with 508 apartments and serviced apartments across two sculptural twisting towers — Tower One rising 38 levels and Tower Two reaching 48 levels. The twisting form is conceived to give the development a striking silhouette on the Gold Coast skyline.

The project's town-planning application was lodged in mid-2017 and received its permit for 280 hotel rooms and 508 apartments in February 2018. Current status: Permit Approved.

HYVIEW-Backed GravityXR Unveils China's First Full-Function Spatial-Computing MR Chip

GravityXR, a Ningbo-based extended-reality semiconductor company within the investment portfolio of Stonegate shareholder HYVIEW Group, is developing dedicated silicon for XR and spatial-computing devices.

Founded in 2021 by a team drawn from Apple, Meta and Huawei HiSilicon, the company has raised close to RMB 2 billion across multiple rounds from leading technology investors, reaching a valuation of around RMB 5 billion.

In November 2025 it launched the G-X100 — described as China's first full-function spatial-computing MR chip — alongside a full-stack spatial-computing solution, positioning the company at the core of the next-generation XR hardware supply chain.
